David Hall
David’s background is in retailing, accountancy and Information Technology. Having worked for a number of large corporate organisations in his earlier career, including Debenhams, IBM and Oracle, David set up his own Consultancy and Property Development companies some 20 years ago, making good use of his business consultancy and major project management experience. As co-founder of DCLH, David has delivered many hours of valuable information to a multitude of businesses and stakeholders. David has a broad skill set and is excellent at helping clients find the courage and motivation needed to succeed.
Clare Paul
Clare began her career in retail, working for Kingfisher Group, honing her large company organisational skills before deciding to work for herself. Clare’s first project was to save a closed rural public house, turning it into an award winning operation and CAMRA pub of the year. Clare went on to apply her skills in seeking out the potential in underperforming businesses and subsequently turning them into profitable, saleable enterprises. These included a butchery business, an outside catering contractor and a café/restaurant. In addition she is a successful property developer. Clare has a wealth of knowledge in events management, hospitality, and marketing and the operational requirements of small businesses.
