“I have always been involved in the industry however I was part of a business that did not belong to me and I left the entire management of it to its directors, preferring to be hands on. The time came for me to step up and take on the business myself when it seemed likely that the business was going to be wound up. DCLH came in, went through everything with me, made recommendations and worked with me in finding an accountant, encouraged me and really acted as my safety net and backstop. There were times when I simply needed a sanity check and DCLH were always there supporting and providing me with the confidence to know I was on the right trajectory”

This was a joy of a project for DCLH because the transition from one business into another and the formation of all the elements left the owner in a confident position to be able to get on with the day job. Producing and managing events and shows for the some of the largest holiday companies in the country requires dedication and DCLH provided that support to allow that work to go on throughout the changes meaning the entire transition was smooth and sustainable.
